Marc H. List

Marc List has been a certified public accountant since 1988 and is licensed to practice in both Florida and New York. Additionally, Marc is an attorney and counselor-at-law in Florida and a Florida licensed life and health insurance agent. He is also licensed by the NASD.

Mr. List earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991 and his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York in 1987.

Prior to joining Goldstein Lewin & Co. in 1995, Marc was associated with two national accounting firms. His diversified background qualifies him to practice in estate planning, corporate taxation, IRS representation and tax planning for individuals and businesses.

He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tax Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar. Additionally, he serves on the liaison committee between the Bar and the FICPA.

Marc is a published author on various estate planning issues and has served as an expert witness. Marc does estate and income tax planning for high net worth individuals.

Mr. List currently resides in Boca Raton, Florida with his wife and two daughters and is active in civic and religious organizations. When time permits, he enjoys reading and the theater.
