Goldstein Lewin & Co is the 13th largest accounting firm in South Florida according to The South Florida Business Journal-and we're still growing. Finding and training outstanding professionals is our strategy for maintaining a strong competitive edge in the future.
We keep some of the most talented accountants and consultants in the business through appreciating and motivating them. We also recruit new talent aggressively.
"Our most valuable resource is the people who work for us. We believe in recruiting top-level people with irreproachable ethics and giving them everything they need to succeed." explains Jerry Lewin.
Ethics is a top priority for our firm. We passed the PCAOB review. We also participate in an independent peer review of our assurance practices at least once every three years by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We are proud to proclaim we have always been found to have impeccable practices, but high standards of ethics don't prevent us from coming up with innovative new ideas for saving our clients money.
"Out-of-the-box thinking is always rewarded at this firm. It allows us to offer our clients something they can't get anywhere else." comments Don Goldstein.
Our own employees were surveyed anonymously by The South Florida Business Journal to give their honest opinion of what it's like to work with Goldstein Lewin & Co. The survey results were collected and compared with other firms.
Based on these survey results, The South Florida Business Journal designated Goldstein Lewin & Co. as one of the Best Places to Work in South Florida for five years in a row.
We are proud of this award. It means we are challenging and rewarding our employees--making Goldstein Lewin & Co. one of the best places to work in South Florida. We are always looking for dedicated, talented professionals to grow with our firm.
We're growing so large, we're building a new office. Our new office will be on Military Trail across from the Boca Raton mall. The new building is scheduled for completion in the end of 2007.
